Refreshing Energy Smoothie

This is really great in the summer time. It is very hydrating which is what makes this very refreshing.

Makes several servings

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups cut up watermelon
  • 16 oz unsweetned coconut water
  • handful baby spinach
  • handful fresh kale
  • 1 banana
  • 3 scoops Berry flavored protein powder.  (Or your protein of choice)

Combine all of these ingredients in your Vita-Mix and blend for a few minutes until smooth. You can put the remaining drink in a airtight pitcher to drink later. Enjoy
