Green Drink

To add extra greens to your day……


  • One apple of your choice.  I prefer Pink Lady
  • 1 cup of red or green grapes…or a mix of the two
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 cucumbers
  • large handful of spinach
  • large handful of kale


Sometimes I will add celery, but only a little because you can really taste it!  Blend all of these in your Vita-Mix and enjoy!
