Made this tonight along side of gluten free chicken nuggets. Very quick and easy. I can see this being one of our summer grill-out favorites……..
1/2 yellow onion
1 16oz bag of coleslaw
1/2 cup whole grain mustard
1/2 cup Honey (can probably use less but I wanted to sweeten the mustard for kids)
3 Tbs lemon juice
1tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp sea salt
shake of pepper
In a large bowl, toss together onion and coleslaw. Separately, mix mustard, lemon juice, honey, celery seed, salt and pepper. Combine with coleslaw and toss to coat.
