Resources

Here I give recognition to the sources that have helped me tremendously on my path. My diet regime is mostly routed from two sources.  Dr. Swank’s book “The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Book” ( You can find out all about Dr. Swank and his diet at http://www.swankmsdiet.org/  ) and Dr. Ashton Embry’s research at http://www.direct-ms.org/  and his Best Bed Diet.  Dr. Swank began his research when his son, Matt, was diagnosed many years ago. Matt is doing very well because of this research and has set up http://mshope.com/ to give hope to those newly diagnosed with MS.

Dr. Terry Wahls is another advocate of diet and lifestyle to treat MS and other autoimmune diseases. Dr. Wahls has found her way back to health using her own version called the Wahls Protocol, which can be found at http://terrywahls.com/ .

Professor George Jelinek, a Professor and Head of the Neuroepidemiology Unit (NEU) within the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health at The University of Melbourne, wrote a book on the life style that he adheres to stemming from the medical literature, Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis. https://overcomingms.org/

I regularly follow advice given by Dr. Joseph Mercola, http://www.mercola.com/, and Dr. Mark Hyman, http://drhyman.com/.

Mindfulness

Some of the spiritual influences over the years have been from Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and Dr. Bernie Siegel.
